Wide Nose Thailand

What is wide nose Thailand?

Wide nose is a common problem! It is never creating any sorts of serious problem for the human body but put psychologically effect on the sufferer mind due to odd facial appearance. This problem occurs due to heavy, droopy nasal tips, flared nostrils that can be solved easily by the rhinoplasty surgical process. During the surgical process, the surgeons will remove excess fats from the nasal area of the nose and tip it in balance shape. In this regard, the surgeons can use both the open and closed rhinoplasty process according the situation demands or requirements.

One very important component of rhinoplasty surgeries is to narrow the wide nose. Broad nose will refer to bones and base of nose (upper) or it will refer to tip area. For the discussion, I am here referring to wide upper part of nose well known as nasal dorsum. It is essentially a bony part of nose and thus, narrowing that needs cutting bones & moving them in the closer together. It is not necessary for all the rhinoplasties, just those where nasal bones are very wide and look wide after tip of nose is been narrowed during the surgery.

Cutting nasal bones, well known as the nasal osteotomies, is what will give one bruising under eyes after the surgery. Whereas not all the nasal bone cuts the result in ‘raccoon eyes’, most rhinoplasty maneuvers will. Nasal bones are all cut with objective of narrowing one’s wide nose and to close what is well known as the ‘open roof’ that develops when taking down large hump on nose. This also allows nasal bones, and sidewalls of upper nose, to get inward. The movement not just narrows bony width of nose however allows that to assume triangular shape (in case, you were looking it in the cross section) so bridge of nose is not at all flat. Even though one’s nasal bones might not look very wide prior to surgery, and they come so while other parts of nose are been changed, and mainly tip of a nose.

Wearing of nasal splint after the rhinoplasty helps to keep nasal bones in the new position since they get very ‘sticky’ during first week after the surgery. After a week, there is not any longer need to hold nasal bones in proper place since there is a little risk of this ‘falling out’.

In a few cases, broad upper nose might not get helped just by cutting & narrowing nasal bones. It is true in broad however flat upper nose that generally has saddle appearance. Solution here is building up portion of nose that can give visual appearance to be narrower since height increases.
