The patients who have deviated septum find one side of nose is much wider than the normal & one is narrower. And this alters normal pattern of the airflow in nose and at times blocks narrowed side. Altered airflow pattern in your nose will cause skin of nasal septum to get dry & cracked that will cause the frequent nosebleeds.
